Assessment of the social exclusion at the regional level using multi-criteria approach: evidence from the Czech Republic

Research background: Social services are the main social tool used for prevention and solution of exclusion its risk. Services focused on well-being whole society they prevent it from influence a wide range socio-economic phenomena related to exclusion, understood in multidimensional terms.
 Purpose article: The purpose paper is evaluate districts Czech Republic with respect selected factors that lead or can when emphasis placed children youth, identify causes differences existing among these within period years 2011?2016.
 Methods: focuses multi-criterial assessment using 23 indicators covering aspects which processed Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS technique) combination Coefficient Variance method determine indicators? weight. results obtained methods completed by Moran?s index, Shapiro-Wilk test, Mann-Whitney Kolmogorov-Smirnov Kendall Rank Levene?s test.
